When I started my website, I looked for cat furniture that I couldn’t just find in a big box store, or, really, what was the point? I found the BEST cat furniture. I just love it.

It’s hand-made in Michigan and looks like nothing else around. It actually looks like it came out of Alice in Wonderland.  It’s made with high-quality carpet for my little scratcher and the pads/beds and leaves all have heat retention liners in them to keep your cat warm without electricity, because it reflects your cat’s body heat back so that your cat is snuggly and warm.  Plus, they look adorable.  I already have the wall shelf and next I want to get The Tropical Flower.

My cat will just love having a new cat tree, and I will love having something that looks so great in my house.

I read in Cat Fancy Magazine an interesting fact about cats — that the purr’s low-frequency vibrations repair bones, relieve pain, and promote wound healing.  I don’t know if they meant for the cat or the owner.  I do know that I get frequent migraines, and when I wake up with one at 2:00 in the morning I have to go sit in the kitchen, take a pill, and wait for a while for it to dissolve before I can try going back to bed.  This is the only time my Maine Coon (seen on these blogs) will come and sit in my lap.  Of course, she’s so large, she’s half off of my lap, but she gives me her warmth and her purrs to help me feel better.  She must just sense that I don’t feel well, because I don’t tell her!  So, even if that interesting fact was meant for the cat, I find it works for the owner.
